Medical, Dental & Vision
Arrivistetech's health care plan is designed to provide flexible, affordable, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care as well as prescription coverage for our employees and their entire family. Unlike most employers, there is no waiting period to receive health care coverage at Arrivistetech. Our employees' benefits are effective on the first day they report for work. Our medical benefits are provided via United HealthCare, in their Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) program. Our Dental coverage is provided through Dental PPO Network with Principal and Vision coverage is provided through the VSP.
Flexible Spending Account
Arrivistetech offers two Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans that allow our employees to set aside tax-free dollars for reimbursement of daycare/babysitting expenses and/or health care expenses not covered by insurance. By participating in one or both of these plans, our employees may avoid paying Federal, State (applicable in most states), Social Security, and Medicare taxes on the money deposited for eligible health care and/or daycare expenses.
Basic Life and AD & D Insurance
Arrivistetech provide Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance through Principal Life Insurance for eligible employees at no cost. Additionally, we pay the coverage premium in full to help protect your family's finances.
Supplemental Life Insurance
All full-time eligible employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouses, and/or dependent children through payroll deductions.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Arrivistetech provides long-term disability insurance to all eligible employees as income protection at no cost should you become disabled from a covered accidental bodily injury or illness.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
All eligible employees have the option to purchase short-term disability insurance paid via payroll deductions. This benefit provides financial protection, should you be unable to work for more than 7 days due to accident or illness.
401(k) Retirement Plan - Fidelity Investments
All salaried employees are immediately eligible to participate in Arrivistetech's 401(k) plan. The Plan has over 20 funds in which you can elect to invest.
Paid Time Off / Holidays
Arrivistetech respects employees' diversified needs for time away from work. In addition to Paid Holidays, Arrivistetech employees are eligible for PTO (vacation & personal days) to use for time needed away from work. The amount of vacation accrual is dependent upon an employee's length of service with Arrivistetech.
Referral Program
Referral of new candidates and positions has provided Arrivistetech with outstanding, new talent to grow. To enhance and continue this preferred resource, Arrivistetech offers a referral bonus to employees who refer candidates and positions.
Education Assistance Program
Arrivistetech supports the professional growth of its employees and encourages them to participate in educational opportunities provided by various colleges and/or universities to buy books/software and attend seminars and training programs. This benefit also reinforces Arrivistetech's belief of fostering a learning environment to help employees enhance their existing skills or acquire new expertise in a different "hot skill" area.
Relocation Assistance
Arrivistetech's relocation policy is applicable to full-time, salaried employees only and is intended to provide assistance to employees when they must move from one client location to another for business reasons. Employees should contact Human Resources to get more details before incurring any expenses. All reimbursements/payments related to relocation will need prior written approval from Human Resources.
U.S. Permanent Residency Sponsorship
Arrivistetech will sponsor U.S. permanent residency (green card) of foreign nationals (EB2 and EB3) subject to an employee meeting the eligibility criteria as outlined by governmental regulations and company guidelines.
